This reminded me of a film I watched on channel four in September. Mad hot ballroom. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mad_Hot_Ballroom It has the same principal but it was based on a project in New York,It was amazing to see how many things other than dancing improved for the children and how it gave them a sense of achievement and gave them access to dance that they wouldn't of be able to afford or even to have know they loved. Have you seen it?
